I’m 15 years old and I have an 8.1 handicap.
It should be lower, but I always throw away a few short game strokes, along with about one drive that I try hitting too hard and end up topping.
I play at the Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon, CA. It’s the 4th hardest course in Northern California.
I go to De La Salle high school. Best Sports school in the country. Last two years, we’ve won state and this year, came in 3rd.
I played on the JV team last year (freshman) because I had only been playing golf for about 1/2 year.
I’m pretty much self taught. I took a few begginer lessons, and just played on my own for a bout a year, and I’m now training with a great coach as I’m playing in more tournaments and stuff.
My coaches website: http://www.systemgolf.com/
I’m a member of the JGANC (Junior Golf Association of Northern California). They have lots of tournaments year round.
I think that’s about it!
Tell me about yourself the same way I did.
